How to Delete the MSN Browser History

Delete your browsing history in MSN Explorer.

Based on Microsoft's popular Internet Explorer, MSN Explorer is a Web browser designed for MSN subscribers. It integrates Microsoft's Windows Live Hotmail and Windows Live Messenger services, offers parental control features and includes a unique, animated interface. By default, the browser maintains a list of every website a user visits, including the time and date of each page access. This list is shared with Internet Explorer and can only be deleted using that program.

Instructions

Clear History in Internet Explorer 7 and 8

1. Close all open MSN Explorer browser windows.

2. Open an Internet Explorer browser window.

3. Click "Tools" in the top menu bar and select "Delete Browsing History."

4. Check the box next to the "History" option and click "Delete."

Clear History in Internet Explorer 4, 5 and 6

1. Close all open MSN Explorer browser windows.

2. Open an Internet Explorer browser window.

3. Click "Tools" in the top menu bar and select "Internet Options." Select "View" instead of "Tools" if you use Internet Explorer 4.

4. Select the "General" tab and click "Clear History."

5. Click "Yes" to confirm your choice, then click "OK" to close the open dialog box.
