How to Change the Default Home Page in IE7
Internet Explorer 7 makes many features available to users to help them customize the browser to their needs. One of those features is being able to change the default home page to a home page of your choosing. The home page is the first page displayed in your browser once IE 7 opens up. You can change this home page to any web page.

Open Internet Explorer 7.

Go to the web page you would like to set as your home page.

Select the drop-down arrow next to the small "Home" button (represented by a small house) at the top-right of your browser window.

Select "Add or Change Home Page" from the drop-down list. Select the option "Use this web page as your only home page."

Select "Yes" to save your new home page.

Open Internet Explorer 7.

Click on the "Tools" menu, and then select "Internet Options" from the menu.

Select the "General" tab.

Type in the full URL of the page you want to set as your homepage into the "Home page" field. Click "Apply," and "OK" to save your changes.
