How to Set the Device Clock on the Computer
While most computers auto-sync their clocks with standard clocks across the Internet, setting your computer's device clock manually can help where you have a computer that is not connected online. This can be necessary during Daylight Saving Time changes or when your computer's internal clock has begun to run too slowly or quickly.

Click or double-click on the time located on the task bar.

Select the "Change Date and Time" option.
