How to Transfer PSP Games From Torrent to PSP
Not all games on the PlayStation Portable need to be purchased on a UMD or through the PlayStation Store. Whether you've downloaded flash games for your PSP or an independent game designed to run on the system, you can transfer games you've downloaded via a torrent client onto your PSP. You transfer these games using the PSP's ability to connect to your computer. Once you have transferred over your downloaded games, you'll be able to launch them directly from your PSP and play them wherever you go.

Insert a Memory Stick Pro Duo into your PSP. The stick should have enough memory to house your downloaded game file.

Connect your PSP to your computer using a USB connector cable. This cable is included with all PSP hardware.

Power on your PSP. Navigate to the left of the cross media bar and highlight “Settings.” Scroll down the menu until you reach “USB Connection.” Press “X” to enter USB Mode which connects your PSP to your computer.

Wait for your PSP's Memory Stick Pro Duo to launch on your computer. A folder will appear featuring subfolders labeled as “Music,” “Video” and “Games.” Double-click on “Games” to open the subfolder.

Locate the downloaded torrent game. Your file may be in a folder you designated or in the “Library” folder of your torrent software. Click and drag the file from its location to the “Games” subfolder.

Wait for the file to be transferred over. Press “Circle” on your PSP to exit USB Mode.

Navigate to the “Games” heading on your PSP. Scroll down to “Memory Stick” and press “X” to access the games on the stick. Choose your new game and press “X” to launch.

Tips & Warnings
Check with the creator of your torrented game to ensure you don't need any additional software on your PSP. If you need additional software you can download and transfer it through the same process.
Use this technique to add music and movies to your PSP. Just be sure to place the files in their appropriate folders.
Do not use torrent software to download copyrighted material as this is illegal. Only download games offered freely by their creators.
Make sure you put the game file into the “Games” folder or your PSP will not recognize the file.
