Email addresses can be tough to remember

Email communication is one of the most widely used forms of communication--it is used even more than postal mail by far. When so much of our communication is in email, it is really helpful to have an email address book to keep our addresses saved. The convenience is even better than traditional phone books because clicking on an email address in the book will cause the email to be used without us having to type it. Unfortunately an email address book is not easily accessible when we travel, for example, so it is a good idea to print it out.

Instructions

      Open your email software. Whether it's Outlook, Thunderbird or another application, you need to open the address book from within the software.

      Select the address book to open it. Make sure all of your email addresses show up.

      Click the "Print" button on top of the address book. If there is no "Print" button, select all the addresses, right click and choose "Copy." Paste the addresses into a blank text document and choose to print the document.
