Roxio's Toast application contains advanced DVD burning options.

Roxio's Toast application is a CD, DVD and Blu-ray disc burning program available for the Mac OS X operating system. Toast offers many advanced features not included with Apple's software, including the ability to copy discs without creating a .dmg file, multiple file conversion options and mobile device syncing. AVI movie files are popular because they combine low file size with good sound and image quality. You can create DVD-Video discs from AVI movie files using Toast.
