How to Make Mulled Wine Bags

A perfect drink for crisp autumn or cold winter weather, mulled wine is best made with whole spices that are in a small bag, similar to a homemade tea bag. Mulled wine bags can also be used to spice apple cider and make nice small gifts. Does this Spark an idea?
