Create an HTML File from a Word Document.

To create an HTML file from a Word document, simply save the Word document in HTML format. Word processing users tend to think of a Word document as only a document file--.doc, or .docx--but Word documents can be saved in a variety of other formats, such as HTML. The HTML created by Word is not as robust as some of the other HTML editors but it is perfect for converting simple Word documents into HTML. The HTML files created from Word documents can be opened in any Internet browser.
