1. Go to Blogger.com. Click on "Create an Account." This will take you to a page where you can sign in or create a new Google account.

2. Create a Google account or sign in with your existing Google account.

3. Give your blog a name by typing the name in the appropriate field. Next, type in a name for your address in the next field. If your blog's name is Willows, you can type "willows" in the box and your address will be http://willows.blogspot.com. Click "Continue."

4. Choose a template. Click "Continue." Your blog will be created.
