Instructions

    • 1

Protect yourself before you begin making the solution. Wear a face mask to prevent breathing in the bleach and wear gloves to prevent the bleach from encountering your skin.

    • 2

Add 1 quart of bleach into a 1-gallon bucket. Pour in 1/3 cup of powdered dishwashing detergent.

    • 3

Use a long spoon to stir the detergent. Stir slowly to prevent the detergent from forming suds. Continue stirring until the detergent dissolves.

    • 4

Combine 2/3 cup of a powdered household cleaner with the bleach and detergent. Pour in 1 gallon of water into the bucket slowly and stir carefully with the long spoon.

    • 5

Use tarps to protect your yard. Cover all areas in your yard the solution may damage, such as flowers and shrubs.

    • 6

Add the exterior house cleaning solution to the pressure washer. Follow the directions that came with the power washer to clean the exterior of your home.
