Select "Menu" on your Sprint Samsung Upstage.

Click "Settings" and select "Others."

Go to the option "Call Setup" and select "Restriction."

Enter your phone's lock code by using the onscreen virtual keypad. Scroll down and up the available numbers and press "Done" once you have selected the correct numbers. This lock code is the last four digits of your Sprint phone number or your Social Security number.

Select "Outgoing Calls."

Select one from the three options: "Allow all," "Contacts Only," or "Special# Only."
If you select "Allow all," the phone will not block any calls.
If you select "Contacts Only," you block all outgoing calls that you make to contacts in your phone book.
Lastly, if you choose the option "Special# Only," you will receive a prompt to enter a specific number or choose from your contacts the number that you want to block. After you enter a number, all calls to that number from your Sprint Upstage are blocked.

Tips & Warnings
Contact your Sprint service provider to block incoming calls from unknown callers---those with no caller ID---on your Sprint Upstage. Logging into your Sprint account allows you to activate this feature as well.
Register yourself with National Do Not Call if you receive annoying phone calls from marketers.
If you receive abusive, threatening or harassing phone calls on your Sprint Upstage, report them to your local police department. Note down the calling number, if available, as well as times of the phone calls.
