How to Decompress Rar Files for PC Games
Game files that you download onto your computer will often be in a compressed format such as RAR. This means that in order to install your game, you'll need to "decompress" the RAR file to get access to the game files hidden inside of it. You can decompress these files without installing any third-party software by using an online decompression site.

Visit a decompression website such as WobZip.

Click on the "Choose File" button. A browser window appears. Double-click on your RAR file inside the browser window.

Enter the password required for the file in the password text box. There is usually not a password on RAR files, and if is one, it will be created by whoever made the file so you can get the password from them.

Click "Wobzip." Click on the link to your new file when it appears in the dialogue box. This will likely be an EXE file that will allow you to install your PC game once you download it. This process decompresses your RAR file and gives you access to the file inside.
Winzip

Download and install a program like Winzip if you'd rather use a program instead of a website. Do this by click on the download link on the Winzip's main site (see "Resouces") and double-clicking on the file you downloaded.

Double-click on your RAR file. Winzip will load automatically and show you the compressed files inside of your RAR file.

Click and drag these files to your desktop to decompress them. You can now use these files.
