- 1/4-inch white decorative ribbon

Choose the color of baby pacifier favor that you would like to use.

Purchase baby pacifier favors at a local party store or online. You need as many baby pacifiers as you have guests, plus 10 to 20 extra for unexpected guests or keepsakes.

Cut white ribbon into 5-inch pieces with scissors. Tie each piece in a bow around the ring of each pacifier.

Slide one pacifier napkin ring half way over one napkin. Repeat this step until all napkins have rings.

Fan out the bottom portion of napkin, directly under the ring.

Neatly place all the napkins with rings into a decorative basket at the beginning of the buffet line, if you plan to serve a buffet meal. For a more formal meal, place each napkin with ring on top of each place setting.
