How to Make a Web Page Available Offline in IE7
Most of us view webpages online, but you can also view webpages offline in Internet Explorer 7. Viewing a webpage offline can be convenient when you have no Internet connectivity. When you select to view a page offline, Internet Explorer 7 will cache the page and download it to your computer. It will also download any updates to the page when the computer is connected to the Internet.

Open IE7.

Go to the page you want to view offline.

Click your "Favorites" menu at the top of the browser.

Select "Add to Favorites."

Check the box next to "Make available offline" in your Add Favorite dialog box.

Click on the "Offline Settings" and click "Next."

Select "No" or "Yes" to make the links from the page available offline. If you select "Yes," you must specify how many levels deep you want to set the links offline. This means that when you click on a link from the offline webpage, it will go to the linked page. IE7 will also have to cache any linked pages if you select this option. Click "Next."

Synchronize the offline page with any changes to the page made online. You can select "Only when I choose synchronize from the Tools menu" or "I would like to create a new schedule." If you select to synchronize it on a certain schedule, you can have the page update "daily," "weekly," or "monthly." Click "Next," "Finish" and "OK."

Tips & Warnings
To view the page offline, open IE7 and select the "File" menu and "Work Offline." Locate the page you want to view from the "Favorites" menu and click on it.
