How to Program a Radio Shack Pro76 Scanner
RadioShack manufactured the Pro-76 scanner as an entry-level scanner. This scanner is capable of receiving over 23,000 frequencies in the VHF and UHF bands. Two hundred frequencies can be stored at one time in ten memory banks. This scanner also receives incoming emergency weather alerts from the NOAA weather service. Programming this scanner allows the user to monitor up to two hundred frequencies at one time. Ten channels are eligible to be entered as priority and will be scanned every two seconds.
