Let your regular conditioner sit in your hair for a long time when you apply it. If you are taking a bath consider letting your conditioner soak into your hair while you shave or soak. If you have hair that goes limp when you condition regularly then shampoo lightly after conditioning. The hair still benefits from the conditioner.

Brush your hair softly to keep it healthy. If you have tangles at the end then hold the hair an inch or so above the tangle and brush it through until the tangle lifts out.
