Tweak XP Pro is a multi-purpose utility program for Windows. With it, it is possible to make several tweaks to optimize the performance and interface of your computer. These tweaks include optimizing your CPU cache and using system memory to create a fast RAM drive to store temporary data in. These tweaks come at a price, however: Tweak XP Pro is commercial software, costing $29.99 to purchase as of 2010. Purchase the full version of Tweak XP Pro to receive a serial number that you can use to activate the program.

Launch Tweak XP Pro. A window will appear asking you to register the program. Click the "Full Version" button. A browser window will open and the Totalidea order page will load. Alternatively, open a Web browser and go directly to the Totalidea order page using the link under "Resources."

Click "Tweak-XP Pro for Windows XP." Change the number shown in the quantity box from "0" to "1" and click "Go to checkout."

Click the "return policy" link. After reading and agreeing to the terms, click the check box labeled "I do accept" and click "Place order now."

Enter your payment information then click "Next" to proceed with the order. After up to 24 hours (may be longer on weekends), you will receive an email containing an order ID number--which can also be referred to as your serial code--and a password.

Browse to the login page for registered Tweak XP Pro users by following the link in the email or in the "Resources" section of this article. Enter the serial code and password given in the email to identify yourself as a registered user and gain access to download the full version of Tweak XP Pro.

Use the link given at the registered users website to download and install the full registered version of Tweak XP Pro.
