      Insert the included CD into the computer's optical drive. If you do not have the CD, you can download the necessary software for your particular model by visiting the Philips support website at Philips.com/support.

      The installation CD should auto-start, if it doesn't, double-click the CD within Windows Explorer. If you have downloaded the software, double-click the downloaded file to launch the installer. Select your language when prompted.

      Follow the on-screen instructions. This will install the Philips software as well as the necessary drivers to allow your computer to interact with the webcam. Once the installation completes, restart the computer.

      Connect the webcam using the included USB cable to an open USB slot on your computer. The webcam should be fully functional now. Run the installed Philips software to test it out.
