How to Delete Favorites & History Files
All web browsers store previously opened files and visited web pages in their temporary history. By default, most web browsers delete this information after a certain period of time. All web browsers offer a way of manually deleting web history. Favorites, also referred to as "bookmarks," will remain until they are manually deleted.
