Old-fashioned, analog hygrometer

A hygrometer measures relative humidity. Hygrometers are commonly used when storing cigars in a humidor. It is essential that the hygrometer is accurate because if the reading is off by as little 5 percent, your cigar collection could be ruined. Digital hygrometers are more accurate than the traditional analog hygrometers, but they still need fine tuning from time to time. Calibrating your hygrometer is necessary to ensure proper performance. Does this Spark an idea?
