Download music from the iTunes application on your iPod Touch.

If you're unable to connect your iPod Touch to your computer, it's still not impossible to get music off your iTunes program. You can purchase music directly from the iTunes application on your iPod Touch. This application provides purchasable media content and is stored in your iPod Touch's "Purchased" music playlist once it is downloaded. Due to the lack of a cellular network, your device must be connected to a Wi-Fi network in order to access the iTunes Store.
