Instructions

    • 1

Turn off your plasma TV before you begin cleaning. While it is not absolutely necessary, it is easier to see dust and fingerprint smudges while the TV is off.

    • 2

Wipe the screen gently with a soft lint-free cloth. Do not apply pressure. Most dust and dirt should come off easily.

    • 3

Spray a small amount of cleaning solution on the soft lint-free cloth if there are still fingerprints or dust on the screen.

    • 4

Wipe down the screen gently with your slightly moist, soft lint-free cloth.

    • 5

Wipe down the rest of the TV with the moist, soft lint-free cloth.

Tips & Warnings

  • Read your TV owner's manual before cleaning to make sure there are no special cleaning instructions for your TV.

  • Do not apply too much pressure while cleaning your plasma TV screen. It may damage your TV.

  • Make sure that you are using a cleaning solution designed for TV screens. Using ammonia-based cleaning solutions or incorrect cleaning solutions can damage your TV.

  • Never clean the inside of your plasma TV, even through the vents. You could electrocute yourself or damage the TV.
