  • Paper towels
  • Liquid laundry detergent
  • Stiff-bristled plastic brush
  • Garden hose

Instructions

      Lift excess oil quickly from the surface of the deck by blotting the stain with paper towels. Do not rub the oil as it will only further set the stain.

      Apply a layer of liquid laundry detergent directly onto the stain and let it sit for five minutes.

      Scrub the detergent vigorously into the stain with a stiff-bristled plastic brush.

      Rinse the stain clean with a garden hose. Re-apply detergent and scrub again if necessary.
