Choose insurance providers that will protect all of your passengers in the event they are injured and will repair any damage to the vehicle. Obtain a license to operate your business. To be a business owner you must pay taxes to your state and local government based on your business income. Contact your local Secretary of State in order to incorporate your business. Hire a lawyer or accountant if you would like to hire them to file the papers for your business for you.

Determine what type of party bus services you would like to provide. Some party buses strictly specialize in bachelor or bachelorette parties and club hopping on Friday and Saturday nights.
