How to Remove a Battery on an Audi Q7

The battery of the Audi Q7--as well as the battery on many other Audi models, including the A3, A4, A6 and A8--is located in the firewall of the vehicle. The battery tray is universal for these car models, allowing for fairly easy access to the battery. When you must service or replace the battery on the Audi Q7, you can remove it in about 30 minutes and save the expense and time of having your battery taken out by someone else.
