How to Activate Office Professional 2007
Office 2007 Professional has a built-in activation feature that reduces the functionality of Office programs that have not been activated. Thus, it is recommended that you activate your individual Office programs if you did not activate your software during installation. Activating Office 2007 software will allow you to use Office indefinitely on your computer, rather than just for a trial period. To activate your software, you must have a genuine copy of Office 2007 Professional, as the activation process verifies that your Office programs are registered with a valid product key.

Activate Word 2007, Excel 2007, PowerPoint 2007 and Access 2007

Open an Office 2007 Professional program, such as Word 2007, then click on the "Office" button located at the top left corner of the user interface.

Select "Word Options," choose "Resources" then select "Activate." The activation wizard opens. If you are activating another program, such as Excel or Access, select the program options under the file drop-down menu.

Activate your software by following the prompts and entering the unique 25-digit product key that came with your program.
Activate Outlook 2007, OneNote 2007, InfoPath 2007, Project 2007 and Publisher 2007

Open Outlook 2007, OneNote 2007, InfoPath 2007, Project 2007 or Publisher 2007 and select the "Help" menu.

Click on "Activate Product," then wait for the activation wizard to start.
