5
Fold the scarf so it is a long tube, if necessary.
-
6
Bring the scarf around your neck from the back and tie the two ends together in the front of your neck to make a basic knot.
-
7
Grasp one scarf tail and insert it up and under the knot toward your chin. Pull the scarf tail through only halfway over the original knot to make a large loop covering the knot. The scarf tails will extend out from under the loop.

Fold the scarf into a triangle shape and then fold the folded edge down once, approximately 2 inches.

Center the scarf at your neck in the front so the tip of the triangle is at your center front. Pull the two folded ends of the scarf around to the back of your neck.

10
Cross the scarf ends at the back of your neck and bring the opposite ends around to the front of your neck again.
-
11
Tie the scarf ends into a tiny bow over the tip of the triangle at the center front of your neck.
Slipknot

Fold the scarf so it is a long tube, if necessary.

13
Drape the scarf around your neck so the ends of the scarf fall down your front. Pull the scarf so one end is approximately 2 inches longer than the other end.
-
14
Tie a loose overhand knot in the end of the scarf that is longer.
-
15
Insert the other end of the scarf into the loose knot you tied in Step 3. Tighten the slipknot slightly by pulling it up snugly against your neck.
