How Do I Get a Copy of My GMAT Score?

GMAT test scores are required for admission to graduate business schools.

Most graduate business school programs in the United States require an official GMAT score as part of your admission application. According to The Graduate Management Admission Council website, studies continue to show that the best indicator of a potential student's performance in graduate school is the GMAT score and the student's undergraduate GPA. Once you sign up for your test, you will be able to list schools for your official score to be sent to. You can then choose to have your scores sent to you personally via snail mail or access them online.

Instructions

1. Visit the "Contact Us" page at mba.com, which is the official site of the GMAT exam.

2. Scroll down under the heading that says "GMAT Customer Service" at the right of the screen until you see the Customer Service contact information for your world region.

3. Call, email or fax your world region customer service center and ask to recieve your additional score report(s). You can have them sent to your school or sent to you.

Tips & Warnings

• Note that each official score will contain your GMAT score(s) of the last five years. Most schools do not accept GMAT scores that are over five years old.

• You have 10 years to obtain your test score after you take the test. After 10 years, your score will be discarded.
