How to Crochet a Canopy for a King Size Bed
The exact size of a bed canopy depends on the bed frame and whether you want to have a skirt all around the canopy or only hangovers at the head and foot of the bed. This pattern is for snapdragon stitch which is easy to crochet and looks beautiful. Thinner yarn would make the design look daintier, but takes longer to make. You could make smaller squares and stitch them together if you'd rather not work with a very large piece.

Tips & Warnings
Consider the weight of the completed canopy when you choose the yarn or thread for this project. If the material you use is heavy, make sure that the frame can support it so it doesn't stretch out of shape.
