How to Set the Time on an ILA Clock
Setting the time on an ILA (Independent Living Aids) clock can be a little confusing as the clock squeaks and chimes at you to indicate when you should set the clock and the alarm. However, once you understand the "code" it is really quite simple. The sound pattern is as follows: squeak, chime, chime, chime. The squeak means the alarm is on and there will be a bell on the screen. The first chime after the squeak enters the time-set function. The second chime after the squeak enters the alarm-set function. The third chime after the squeak indicates the alarm has been turned off.
