How to Withdraw From PayPal to a Card

Instructions

1. Apply for a PayPal debit card on PayPal.com. Click on "Products & Services" under the "Home" tab.

2. Click on "PayPal Debit Mastercard" link under "Other." Enter the necessary information in the online application and click "Submit." Receive your debit card and PIN separately in about 10 business days.

3. Log in to your PayPal account.

4. Click the "My Account" tab, and click on the "Withdraw" link.

5. Click on "Use Debit Card." The balance of your PayPal account will be transferred to your debit card for use.
