How to Use a SCSI Server Hard Drive on a PC
Although the two most common interface methods for hard drives are IDE and SATA, there is a third type of hard drive--SCSI (small computer system interface). SCSI drives are most commonly used in large computer servers, but the drives can easily be adapted to use with a "normal" computer through the use of SCSI drivers. Drivers are programs which come with your SCSI hard drive that teach the computer how to read and write to the drive. Installing these drivers requires that you reinstall your computer's operating system.
