How to Play an MP3 From a Flash Drive

A flash drive is a small, portable memory device capable of copying files from a computer and transporting them over to a different computer. You can save any kind of file onto the flash drive, including MP3 music files. With an MP3 music file on the flash drive you can play your music on any computer you want without copying the contents of the USB flash drive over onto the system.
