The PayPal debit card offers a convenient way to use the funds in your PayPal account. PayPal provides a record of all transactions made with your debit card. If you need a receipt, there are two different ways the information can be accessed.
You'll find a receipt of your transactions online in your PayPal account. Log into your account and choose the Activity link at the top of the screen, which opens a page displaying your PayPal debit card transactions, sorted by date, with the most recent purchase at the top of the list. Scroll through the list or set the search parameters to an exact month and year. Find the specific transaction in question and click on it to see the transaction detail, which serves as a receipt.
The receipt, or transaction detail, shows the name and address of the merchant, purchase date, amount of purchase and authorization. However, an itemized list of the products or services you purchased is not provided.
You can set your email notifications to send you a receipt every time you make a purchase with your PayPal debit card. Click the Settings icon to view your account page. Choose Notifications from the toolbar. In the Payments section, choose to have an email sent to your designated email address when you make a purchase in a store. The email will contain the same information as the transaction detail.

Ask the Retailer
The retailer is another option for locating a receipt to a purchase made with your PayPal debit card. Many online retailers store your order history on their websites, which should include items purchased, date of purchase, amount and method of payment. In a physical store, the retailer might be able to search for your transaction in its records and print a duplicate receipt.
