Things You'll Need

  • 1 cup of different vegetable (carrots, broccoli, beans, etc.)
  • 4 tbsp. of cooking oil
  • Wok
  • 1 tsp. garlic, ginger or any of your favorite spices
  • 2 cups chicken, beef or pork
  • Dash of salt and pepper or any other seasonings you like

      Wash and dice up the vegetables and meat.

      Pour in 4 tbsp. of oil into the wok. At this point, if you have "heavy" vegetables like broccoli or cauliflower, blanch them.

      Turn the heat up to the highest level. Allow the oil to get hot until it is smoking.

      Add the spices that you like in your stir-fry. Most common are ginger and garlic.

      Add the meat into the wok first to ensure it is cooked through.
