Instructions

    • 1

Start in the corner opposite the exit.

    • 2

Insert the putty knife along the edges of the rubber tile flush with the corner of the room. Work around the edges until you have freed the corner from the adhesive.

    • 3

Grab the corner of the rubber tile with your pliers and firmly pull it toward you to remove it from the underlayment. If it rips, continue to scrape under it and pull up all the pieces of rubber.

    • 4

Pour about a teaspoon of mineral spirits onto the exposed floor and use the putty knife to scrape away excess rubber and adhesive. Scrub the area clean with a rag.

    • 5

Repeat steps 2 through 4 until you are finished.
