Things You'll Need
- Countertop
- Straightedge
- Wet-erase marker
- Glass cutter
- Several boards
- Quick-grip clamps

Position your mirror on a countertop.

Lay your straightedge across the mirror at the location of your desired cut. Use the wet-erase marker to mark your line.

Press firmly with the glass cutter following your line. This will "score" the mirror.

Hang the mirror off the edge of the your countertop at the cut line. Place a board across your mirror on the countertop at the cut line. Clamp it to the countertop.

Sandwich the mirror part that is hanging off the countertop with two boards. Clamp them together.

Holding the sandwiched section of mirror, use one quick motion to "snap" the mirror by quickly bending it at the cut line.
