Take Hershey's Chocolate Ride tour, a leisurely indoor ride that takes you through a simulated process of how chocolate is made. Your journey will take you to see cocoa beans growing in the rain forest, through a larger-than-life oven and past singing dairy cows. You will get to see how the chocolate is packaged. Tips & Warnings
If you are visiting the park during the summer, make sure you bring a cooler so you can keep your chocolate cold while you visit the park. Or allow an hour at the end of your day to leave the park and visit Hershey's Chocolate World just before leaving for the evening.
Because Hershey's Chocolate World is on the East coast, winters can be cold. If you are planning on traveling from a distance to visit Hershey's Chocolate World and the Hershey's Amusement Park, make sure you visit in the summer. The park itself is closed during the winter. Hershey's Chocolate World, however, operates year-round.
