In large corporations the annual holiday get-together just happens, as if by magic. Pros - or the boss's assistant - handle all the details and all the employees have to do is show up. In smaller companies and the nonprofit sector it's a different story.

on 11/22/2005 Some offices may offer taxi vouchers, or you may have designated drivers who get free non-alcoholic drinks and even a free meal!!

on 11/22/2005 We are surprising our 16 employees with limo service this year. They think we and another couple will be picking people up in our SUVs. This way, we can have a little party in the limo and enjoy dinner and drinks afterwards with no worries!

on 11/22/2005 At one formal office party, we handed out inexpensive wristettes to all of the women instead of putting flowers on the tables. They all appreciated the gift and most florists are more than willing to give a discount for the larger orders.
