Complete the order information form for your selected provider. If the provider is a bank, you are requested to supply them a copy of your company logo, company information and Tax Identification Number (orders are not processed without the TIN), company name (as you would like it to appear on the card) and message. If you've chosen a bank as a provider and intend to distribute the gift cards by volume on a specific day, place the orders for the gift cards at least two months before the planned distribution date. This is because it takes around two weeks lead time to proof the layout. Once the layout has been approved, another two weeks is estimated for setting up the card manufacturing process. Then it takes around six to ten working days from the time payment is made to the time the cards are delivered.
