How to Get Free WiFi Using Airlink

Wireless Internet signals can be found nearly everywhere, but it can sometimes be hard to receive a strong enough signal with one's computer. This is where Airlink comes in. Airlink is a producer and manufacturer of wireless adapters that can boost a computer's WiFi range by several hundred feet. With one of these adapters, it is possible to receive free WiFi, and stronger signals overall, in a significantly larger amount of places.

Instructions

1. Plug the Airlink adapter into the laptop's USB port. Wait a moment for the computer to note that it has detected new hardware.

2. Insert the driver installation disk into the computer. In a few moments the installation wizard will launch. Follow the setup steps until the driver has been installed.

3. Power on the Airlink adapter. Open the wireless Internet selection. This is found on the lower right hand corner of the desktop in the form of a small monitor desktop.

4. Search the available wireless signals for one that isn't password protected. Select the open WiFi signal and wait for the computer to connect to the Internet. You will be notified on-screen when the computer has completed its connection.
