And although there is no quick cure for getting rid of cellulite there are some effective cellulite treatments available.

      Regular exercise as well as a healthy diet and drinking plenty of fresh water can be helpful to reduce cellulite. Just remember that everything takes time and you're not going to find an instant cure for cellulite.

      A weekly massage can be very helpful to reduce cellulite and increase circulation. Poor circulation is thought by some to be one of the causes of cellulite so this is one area that you don't want to neglect.
