Things You'll Need

• Computer
• audio interface
• microphones
• instruments

Instructions

1. Assing your computer for your studio it could be a laptop or desktop and make sure your computer has minimum 260 mb RAM of free space.

2. In your computer, install the program that comes with your audio interface, it could be Pro tools, Cubase, etc.

3. Connect the audio interface to your computer. All the audio interfaces has a usb connection.

4. Once your audio interface is connected to your computer, proceed to connect your microphone and instrument (guitar, keyboard, etc) to your audio interface.

5. In your program(pro tools, cubase, etc) select how many tracks your song or musical piece will have and then start recording one track at a time. You can start with the vocals or instrument.

6. When you finish recording. you can start mixing or adding effects to your song. Once the song is finished you can save and your done.

• The audio interface are available on music stores or pawn shops, and it comes with recording software(pro tools, cubase)
