Connect the Sirius Satellite Radio docking cradle to power. Insert one end of the enclosed power adapter into the 1999 Cadillac Seville's cigarette lighter. Insert the other end of the adapter into the "DC 12V" port on your Sirius Satellite Radio dock mount.

Mount the Sirius Satellite Radio antenna atop the roof of your 1999 Cadillac Seville. Run the antenna wire through the rear windshield's rubber casing and into the trunk of your 1999 Cadillac Seville. Connect the wire to the docking cradle's "Antenna In" port. Tuck away any loose wires for safety.

Connect the docking cradle to the enclosed suction cup. Attach the suction cup somewhere in your 1999 Cadillac Seville that does not affect your driving, passenger seating or line of vision. Call Sirius customer service or visit their website to activate your Sirius Satellite Radio service. Use the customer service number included in your Sirius Satellite Radio hardware package. The number will also display on your receiver once you have connected it to the docking cradle.
