Instructions

    • 1

Wet the floral foam until it's extremely damp but not sopping wet. Place it on a glass cake stand.

    • 2

Cut the carnations so that all the stems are about 3 inches long. Set the cut-away stems and leaves aside. Push the carnation stems into the foam so that they more or less cover the entire surface area.

    • 3

Insert some of the leaves from the cut-away carnation stems into the foam to add some greenery to the red and white flowers.

    • 4

Push the stems of the sprigs of holly into the floral foam to add more greenery to the centerpiece.

    • 5

Thread a piece of wire through the top loop of each bell. Bend the piece of wire so that it is securely attached to the bell, forming a loop.

    • 6

Push each wire and bell into the floral foam to give the centerpiece a shiny, metallic touch.

    • 7

Scatter the mini-lights throughout the centerpiece, tucking them in gently among the flowers.

    • 8

Lightly spray the centerpiece with water and then sprinkle gold glitter on top of all the flowers and other pieces. The water will help the glitter stick.
