How Can I Check My AOL Mail?

American Online, now commonly called AOL, was one of the early leaders of Internet services and has remained a leader in the industry, offering games, chats, news and email services. Through AOL Mail, you can organize your contacts, create to-do lists and organize your events on a calendar. AOL enables you to send and receive email and use any of your services from any computer that has access to the Internet.

Instructions

1. Go to the AOL Mail Web page (See Resources). Type your AOL username and password into the appropriate fields and click "Sign In" to log on to your AOL email account.

   Click the "Sign up for a free account" if you do not have an AOL email account. Follow the guided prompts to create an account.

2. Once you are logged in to your AOL Mail account, click "Inbox and select any email you would like to read.

3. Click the "Reply" button if you want to send a reply message to a sender. Click "Reply All" if you want to reply to everyone listed on the email. Click the "Forward" button if you want to forward a message you received to multiple recipients. Click the "Delete" button if you want to delete the message.

4. Click the "New" button if you want to start a new email. Type your recipient's email address, include a subject and then type your message. Click "Send" to send your email. Click the "Save" button if you want to save the email as a draft and send it later.
