How to Add Music to PowerPoint 2007
Using Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, you can insert your own music into a slideshow. This music can be set to play automatically when you show a certain slide or when you click on a sound icon embedded in a certain slide. Music can also be set to play on just one slide or over a number of slides throughout the show.

1
Navigate to the slide where you want to embed the music clip.
-
2
Click on the "Insert" menu and choose "Movies and Sounds."
-
-
3
Click "Insert a sound file," navigate to the location where your music clip is stored and double-click to insert it.
-
4
Choose whether you want the music to play automatically when the slide is shown or only when the sound icon on the slide is clicked.
-
5
Right-click the sound icon that appears on your slide and choose "Custom Animation."
