How to Install Tom Tom on a Nokia N95
N95 is a smartphone manufactured by Nokia. The phone runs on Symbian operating system. The device is packed with various features with a S60 3rd edition user interface. The phone comes with an integrated GPS as well as the Nokia Maps application. To install TomTom on your phone, you have to use the phone's microSD card to install the application on the device.

Click the link in Resources to download TomTom HOME on your computer. The software application is available for Mac OSX, Windows XP, Windows 2000, and Vista. When the page opens, click the "Download" button on the right hand side margin of the page.

Use a card reader to connect your Nokia n95 microSD memory card to the computer. Open the application TomTom HOME and select "Device." Your microSD card will be listed here as an "Unknown Device."

Select the option "Change Target Device." Now click "OK." You will then see a list of target devices. Select the option "Symbian Series 60 3rd Edition."

Select "TomTom application for S60" on the next screen that appears. This will include maps and a voice file that you want to install. From the top of the screen, click the green button that says "Install." Now you will be prompted to backup the device. If you have you do not have any data on your card, click "No"; otherwise click "Yes." TomTom will start installing now.

Check on your card if the files are successfully installed. In the TomTom software, you will see a list of files in "Manage your TomTom." You can also see these files on the card via file manager of your computer.

Insert your phone's microSD card into Nokia n95. TomTom will launch automatically. Follow the instructions and prompts on the phone to activate the software application.
