How to Flash a Sprint Moto V3m
The Sprint Motorola Razr V3m comes branded to the Sprint PCS network. Sprint PCS is a code division multiple access (CDMA) mobile network. If you were to leave Sprint PCS and take your phone with you, you would have to convert to another CDMA network for the phone to work. The conversion process requires that you remove the Sprint PCS programming and install the programming from your new CDMA mobile provider. This process, called flashing, can be done with a USB cable and the right software.

Tips & Warnings
While most CDMA mobile providers will flash your Motorola Razr V3m for you, there are some that don’t have the technology in their stores. If that is case, you can download the flashing program and instructions yourself from an online retailer or visit a local phone-unlocking retailer to help you. If you download the flashing program and perform the service yourself, you will need a USB cable to connect your Motorola Razr V3m to your computer. See the Resources section of this article for more information.
Your newly flashed Motorola RAZR V3m may not be compatible with every CDSM network. Those that are compatible will only support voice and text features. If other features are just as important to you, you have to buy a mobile phone directly from the CDMA mobile provider.
