How to Install an RV Sway Bar

How to Install an RV Sway Bar thumbnail
A sway bar controls the trailer.

Sway bars increase the stability of the trailer being towed behind a truck or van. This means on a windy day or in an open field the trailer will not swing uncontrollably behind the vehicle. It not only increases the stability of the trailer, but also it increases the safety to yourself and others. A sway bar can be installed by most handy people.
